Beyond Alphabet's early childhood program is inspired by the Reggio Emilia  approach to learning. We engage children ages 15 months old to 5 years old with developmentally appropriate experiences and focus on the “whole child.”

Through creative exploration and play, we support each child’s cognitive, physical, emotional, and social growth. We add art to our daily activities and incorporate hands-on STEAM-based learning as we nurture the path to Kindergarten readiness.

Beyond Alphabets' Main Values

Respect the dignity, diversity, worth, and uniqueness of each individual

Recognize that children are best understood and supported in the context of family, culture, community, and society.

Keeping children safe and maintaining a healthy environment is our first priority.

Exposing the children to a large variety of hands-on experiences, appropriate to their age and developmental level.

A message from the president ..

I put all my effort to create a safe environment for children to express and develop their creativity. Art can be an important tool for
children to find their individuality and my experience working with children of different ages can help me create a fun and pleasing classroom. Bring my warmth, efficiency and expertise to the job of a preschool teacher and help children develop in the best possible way to become the pride of their school and parents.
My goal is to provide a quality early childhood education in Mission Viejo  that prepares children in our community for future success  in school, and their life. Our philosophy is simple. Small Steps – Big Strides!

What is Reggio Emilia's Message?

Children, from birth, are eager to learn and relate. They seek to examine, experience, and connect with the people and phenomena surrounding them. In education and in life, children and adults thrive when there are interesting resources, complex environments and experiences, time for the pleasure of learning and being, reciprocity, sharing, traces of interpreted experiences in process, a strong sense of belonging, and optimism for the future.

Reggio Emilia approach refers to the philosophy of early childhood education that originated in Reggio Emilia, Italy. This unique approach to education begins with a particular and strong image of children, of adults, of education, and of life, and flows from a set of guiding principles. Reggio Emilia, is a town still thriving today, more than 50 years since the first gestures of rebuilding and advancing were made. We at Beyond Alphabet Preschool in Mission Viejo, are proud to apply this reach program to our curriculum. If you have any question regarding our program please contact us now!
